Chinezinho Granulated Tapioca 500g - close to expire

Chinezinho Granulated Tapioca is often used to make coconut couscous, in addition to other very famous sweets such as pudding, creams, cakes, etc. It is composed of fine hard grains that need to be cooked in liquid.

This tapioca is a by-product of the cassava gum (hydrated starch) which production process consists of placing it in a hot pan and stirring until it dries and hardens.

Important: Granulated tapioca flour is not used to prepare tapioca in a skillet.

It is commonly used for Tapioca cake, Dadinhos de Tapioca (tapioca cubes) and cheese bread with tapioca.
