Of excellent creaminess, with fine and persistent perlage, this sparkling wine is the result not only of the selection of the finest Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes from Vale dos Vinhedos but also of its maturation in the silence and dimness of underground cellars for five years.

• 80% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Noir
• 60 months of Lees Aging in the Cellar
• Vale dos Vinhedos
• Chardonnay aged for 12 months in oak (10% of the total volume)
• Serve at 4º to 6ºC
• Can be stored for up to 10 years after disgorgement if kept under appropriate conditions for full development.
• Pairs well with a variety of canapés, grilled lobster and scallops, and salmon puff pastry.

Appearance: A clear and brilliant sparkling wine with a straw yellow color. It features fine and persistent perlage, culminating in a noble and imposing crown.

Aroma: An elegant and intense bouquet with notes of preserved fruits, primarily pear and apple. Buttery brioche and delicately toasted bread aromas express the complexity acquired during the slow maturation of this sparkling wine.

Palate: Reflects uniquely the excellence of the Vale dos Vinhedos Terroir in the crafting of sparkling wines. The strictest selection of the finest Chardonnays and Pinot Noirs, combined with a careful and slow winemaking process, results in a sparkling wine with incomparable creaminess. Complex and maintaining vigorous freshness, it supports its great intensity, concluding with a magnificent aftertaste that highlights the evolutionary notes
