Traditional Roasted Mate Tea (Yerba Mate) – 250g

Cultivated and processed using traditional methods, this yerba mate features a coarser grind for a characteristic texture. During roasting, it develops its signature toasted aroma and flavor.

How to Prepare
This product can be enjoyed as tea or juice and prepared using tea diffusers, drip coffee makers, French presses, or Pressca.

Hot Tea

1. Add 1 liter of water and 3 tablespoons of Barão Roasted Mate Tea to a kettle.

2. Heat until boiling, then steep for 3–5 minutes until the color and aroma are ideal.

3. Strain and serve hot. Pairs well with milk.

Iced Tea

1. Prepare as above.

2. After steeping and straining, refrigerate and serve cold.

Sparkling Style

1. Prepare the tea as in the hot method.

2. After straining, add lemon drops or fruit pieces.

3. Blend and serve cold for a refreshing, frothy drink.
