The Chardonnays of Vale dos Vinhedos are known for their delicacy, frankness, and clarity of aromas and flavors. The passage through special oak barrels (alcoholic fermentation, malolactic fermentation, and aging) in a measured manner enriches the overall character without overshadowing the expression of the original location; this is how Pizzato Legno Chardonnay is born.

The barrels used, known as "perle blanche," are made from the finest oak and undergo a long and subtle toasting process (regulated by air and humidity).

The resulting wine exhibits all the richness and attributes associated with the delicacy of Chardonnays from Vale dos Vinhedos, enhanced by the nuances of oak barrel aging that respect the wine's origin.
